What a lovely role within the beauty industry.

This role is a new role due to growth within our lovely client. They now need a second Supply Chain Planner.

You will be supporting in the purchasing of stock with global suppliers and working with their Supply Chain Manager.

Supporting the business with deman, negotiations of costs, lead times and developing relationships on a global scale with manufacturers, suppliers and brokers.

Building connections with contract manufacturers with purchase orders through to delivery. Keeping up with schedules, liaising with queries and sorting problems.

You will be using SAP, to maintain accuracy of order information, stock levels, product data, stock transfers and creation of SKU codes.

Manage shipping schedules, obtain quotes for shipment documentation. Monitoring shipments and ensuring successful delivery into contract manufacturers and 3PL locations.

Liaising with production, logistics, imports and exports and customs clearance and working closely with finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and provide input towards priority invoices and weekly stock report, communicating current stock levels, stockcover, future inbounds, current and expected out of stocks.

You will be involved with working closely with internal teams,NPD, Regulatory and Design throughout the ordering process, placing NPD orders and ensuring the timely supply of packaging artworks.

Identify opportunities for improved processes and contribute to the overall business direction and strategy and reporting. KPIs are an important part of this role.

Quality and communication is vital and attention to detail. Achievement of annual objectives and successful in building strong relationships with internal and external parties.
