Position:
Lead Engagement Facilitator We're seeking a compassionate, seasoned professional with an innate ability to foster relationships.

Our clients hail from diverse backgrounds, making it crucial for the facilitator to decipher and cater to their unique needs.

The role involves both one-to-one and group interactions across various settings, including clients' homes, communities, and residential environments. Collaboration with external support networks and neighbouring councils is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Craft and deliver tailored training sessions, leveraging diverse teaching strategies to captivate and empower learners.
  • Design innovative lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching styles and activities.
  • Guide learners throughout their journey towards achieving their milestones or desired outcomes.
  • Engage proactively in community outreach.
  • Establish stimulating learning environments.
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks and provide detailed monthly reports on learner progress.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the broader support network to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Identify and promote progression opportunities.
  • Address and support learners' mental health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver educational experiences across various settings: classrooms, community venues, and residential environments.
Role Overview


We are looking for compassionate and skilled Support Workers, Tutors, Youth Workers, and Teachers who have experience in managing challenging behaviours and supporting the mental health of young people.

This role is critical in our mission to empower children and young adults within the Inclusion and Social Services sectors, offering them bespoke educational programmes tailored to their unique needs.


  • A background in health and social care or relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple settings.
