Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specific recipes and customer requests
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager
- Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with catering orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques and pizza oven operation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
