We're searching for a resourceful and enthusiastic Compliance Officer, who will support the product team in building the bank


What you'll do:

  • Support the bank by providing necessary advice on all aspects of compliance with current and upcoming regulation.
  • Work with the Head of Compliance to analyse relevant regulations and work with the business functions on the best way to implement it.
  • Help to design and deliver compliance training.
  • Collaborate with the Product Squads throughout the product life cycle: from design and user testing, to launch and postlaunch monitoring.
  • Assist the team with performing compliance and assurance checks and targeted reviews and tracking progress of any corrective actions.
  • Assist the team with designing an effective way of tracking if products deliver the right customer outcomes.
  • Represent a customer perspective and interest within the Product Squads to provide good customer outcomes.
  • Advise the product team on customer communications and financial promotions.

Requirements:


You'll need to have:

  • Have experience in the banking and or fintech sector (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in CCA/CONC regulations
  • Problem solving attitude, with the ability to analyse regulations together with data to drive business decisions
  • Experience in relationship management with senior stakeholders
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

You'll have an advantage if you:

  • Have worked in a start-up
