Description

The Trust has a statutory duty to deliver a service and environment that protects patients, staff and visitors.

The central governance supports a system through which the Trust is accountable for continuously improving the quality of services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence in clinical care will flourish.

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative and training coordination support to Medical device safety as part of the Risk and compliance Team.

The role will require a high degree of organisation, communication and administrative skills.

The post holder will assist the Medical Device Safety Officer in arranging and recording training schedules, plans and attendance records.

They will be responsible for managing and prioritising their own workload and will be required to use their own initiative within the remit of their role.

The role of the Medical safety device administrator is to:

Work closely with the medical device safety officer and all members of their immediate risk and compliance team
Facilitate administration duties including minute taking and updating training records
