Accounts Payable Assistant - Subcontract Ledger Team

Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will support the Subcontract Ledger Team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:

Work as part of the team to support the day to day operation of the subcontract ledger team
Work with the commercial department to resolve invoice queries
Assist with any adhoc duties
Build and provide professional but friendly working relationships with our supplier's finance departments
Fulfil any other duties as requested by the Manager

Experience and Qualifications

Accounts payable experience is essential, with a knowledge of CIS being advantageous
Use of Microsoft Dynamics is preferable but not essential
Advanced Excel skills
Organized, selfmotivated, and able to plan time effectively
Excellent communication skills and is good at building professional but friendly relationships over the phone
