Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable class 2 removals driver. As a class 2 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This position requires a valid commercial driver's license and experience in delivery driving. If you have excellent driving skills and enjoy being on the road, we would love to hear from you.


Duties:


  • Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
  • Plenty of lifting and shifting is involved during a removal job
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance
  • Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays or issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Valid UK licence
  • Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
