Are you passionate about delivering top-notch repairs services to communities? Homes for Haringey is seeking a skilled Head of Repairs to join our team.


Heres what youll be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality repairs services to residents and council buildings, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational targets are met.
Ensuring a positive Health and Safety culture, adhering to relevant legislation.
Collaborating with the Director of Repairs and Maintenance to execute the companys repair service strategy.
Being accountable for activities and spending related to repairs service delivery.
Setting and meeting strategic objectives and commercial targets for staff and contractors.
Driving performance improvements through analytics.
Modernizing and optimizing the repairs service for effectiveness and efficiency.
Providing leadership within the Haringey Repairs Service Management team, supporting the companys vision, values, and objectives.
