Orka Financial are currently working with a global business based in West Drayton who are looking to hire an Accounts Payable specialist to join the team.


Responsibilities

  • Daily review and corrections of open invoices in automated AP system
  • Shipamax
  • Daily query & follow up of operation invoices that are missing information in the job, meaning they cannot be automatically passed through Shipamax
  • Processing & gain approval from appropriate managers for Overhead invoices
  • Reconcile supplier accounts between our account system and their statements
  • Push and drive to ensure automation through processing system is to the highest level.

Requirements:


  • Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Proven communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven problem solving skills ability to consider several possible options and decide on most appropriate method.
