Description
Orka Financial are currently working with a global business based in West Drayton who are looking to hire an Accounts Payable specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Daily review and corrections of open invoices in automated AP system
- Shipamax
- Daily query & follow up of operation invoices that are missing information in the job, meaning they cannot be automatically passed through Shipamax
- Processing & gain approval from appropriate managers for Overhead invoices
- Reconcile supplier accounts between our account system and their statements
- Push and drive to ensure automation through processing system is to the highest level.
Requirements:
- Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven problem solving skills ability to consider several possible options and decide on most appropriate method.
