Description

Orka Financial are currently working with a global business based in West Drayton who are looking to hire an Accounts Payable specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

Daily review and corrections of open invoices in automated AP system
Shipamax
Daily query & follow up of operation invoices that are missing information in the job, meaning they cannot be automatically passed through Shipamax
Processing & gain approval from appropriate managers for Overhead invoices
Reconcile supplier accounts between our account system and their statements
Push and drive to ensure automation through processing system is to the highest level.

Requirements:

Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Proven communication skills both written and verbal
Proven problem solving skills ability to consider several possible options and decide on most appropriate method.
