A national specialist clinical negligence boutique is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor with four years PQE and some private client experience to join their team.

You'll be able to work flexibly and from home four days per week.

This is a very exciting time to join as the firm has made several recent acquisitions and plans to double in size over the next two years.

In this role, you'll provide Deputyship and Trustee support to clients who have personal injury or clinical negligence claims, which involve the management of substantial compensation awards.

You will be running your own small caseload of Deputyship and Trustee matters, both pre
- and post
- settlement.

You'll also supervise and provide technical support to a growing team of Court of Protection lawyers.
