Job Title: Head of Information Security

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Information Security to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital security strategy and ensuring the protection of our information assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that integrates cyber security and data protection principles.
Lead ongoing improvements across various projects, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security, data protection, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure system and network architecture.
Oversee incident management and response, refining processes to achieve effective response rates.
Maintain policy compliance and risk management, adhering to industry standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
Engage with stakeholders, including senior management and technical teams, to ensure data protection, privacy, and information security are upheld.
Manage relationships with outsourced SIEM, SOC, and SECOPS providers to optimize support.

Requirements:

Senior-level experience in Information Security or a similar field.
In-depth knowledge of information and cyber security protocols, compliance frameworks, and industry standards.
Proven track record of managing multiple outsourced security vendors.
