Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join our team as Administration Assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and career starters looking to gain valuable experience in an administrative role.

No prior experience is needed, as we provide on-the-job training to support your development.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental operations
  • Help create and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

Requirements:


  • Recent graduates or career starters seeking entrylevel administrative positions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling challenging tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Eligibility to work fulltime in the UK
