Purpose of the Role
To drive productivity and deals in the Care South team by supporting fee earners in the marketing and deal management of their clients' businesses
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Care South team to help generate a greater level of inspections, instructions and completions
- Drive viewing numbers on Agents' instructions, particularly those that have little interest
- Liaising with both clients and applicants during the marketing process e.g arranging viewings, sending information to interested parties
- Accompanying viewings on closed business
- Assist with transaction management when a deal has been agreed
- Working with the marketing team of creation of brochures and marketing material to aid in sales
- Conducting Anti Money Laundering checks and following up with involved parties
- Responding efficiently and effectively to direct enquiries from clients and applicants;
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing literature;
- Generating inspections;
- Calling web applicants;
- Crossselling Group companies;
- Query and customer service management
- Understanding of market dynamics in each subsector
- Building internal and external relationships
- Help with coordination of deals, including but not limited to contact of internal and external contacts throughout the process
- Working with in collaboration with agents and support teams across the region, travel across the South will be required
Working Relationships and Contacts
You will assist the Care South team of experienced Healthcare Agents and will be well placed to gain first-hand experience and knowledge.

Skills and Experience
- Exceptional communication skills; Essential
- Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Essential
- Clean Driving License; Essential
- Previous CRM experience; Desirable
- Previous experience in estate agency business; Desirable

£24,589.84-£28,250.00 per year
