Capex Analyst - Acquisitions

Hatfield

£40-45k depending on experience plus benefits
We are working with a well regarded, and well known brand. This is a permanent role reporting into the Head of Capital Planning. You will be based in lovely offices in Hatfield, with great on-site facilities including gym, and restaurant.

Are you a part qualified Financial Analyst looking for a new role?

You will be responsible for:

Support the production of robust 'new site' investment cases for board and shareholder review
Super user of demographic mapping software and ensuring the whitespace is regularly refreshed and communicated
Competition and market analysis
Support the Strategy Team where appropriate in any M&A activity
Assist with the planning of P&L forecasts of openings by year and associated cashflow
Support Head of Capital Projects in carrying out regular post completion reviews of new clubs
Prepare meeting materials and minutes, take and follow up on action points
Maintain relevant systems are updated with most relevant information
Budget coordination and management of purchase orders
Support the Investment approval process by standardising and inputting into pipeline Board
