What you'll do
The role of the Planning Authority is to represent the VBTS UK Solution Integration function to rapidly calculate and capture the technical professional services effort required to deliver a complex solution in a Statement of Work/Work Package.
The Work Package also documents the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) based on the requirements and design artefacts received.
The Assurance team are accountable for ensuring that customer deals are assessed within a formal assurance framework ensuring the following are input to Governance and Commercial Bid models:- Operational risks
- VBTS UK activities and costs with resource requirements
Who you are
To be successful in role you will have a broad experience of the fixed product market. With in-depth understanding of complex customer solutions including UC, Contact Centre, SDWAN, LAN/WAN, and MPN technologies- High standard of written & verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Project Management or Coordination background
- Service lifecycle framework knowledge (ITIL preferable)
- Adaptable communication styles
