Proud of their reputation as one of the best in the UK, this Legal 100 firm offers an excellent opportunity for newly qualify Commercial Property Solicitors to join their Chelmsford office.

Our client has one of the highest regarded and largest dedicated property teams within the country, and are particularly experienced in dealing with development and investment, planning, secured lending, and landlord and tenant matters.

You will be working with and supporting senior solicitors in the housebuilder team on wide matters including:

Options, conditional and unconditional contracts and disposals;
Carrying out title due diligence, reporting on title including searches and site visits;
Working on affordable housing and private rent sector sales;
Dealing with lender requirements for development funding;
Drafting documents accurately and commercially;
Early responsibility and opportunity to network and grow client relationships.

You will have:

Completed a seat within Commercial Property law.
Trained in a wellregarded city, national or regional firm

Part-time/flexible working available, as well as a highly competitive salary (between £40,000 - £50,000) and excellent benefits package. You will be given ongoing support and development in line with the firm's excellent reputation.
