Experience in care is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.

The Job:

We are looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our dedicated Hospital Discharge team.
You will be responsible for assisting individuals on a onetoone basis in nursing, residential, and care home settings.
Promoting independence and supporting them with personal care and social support.

Total Care Services can provide full/part-time or weekend-only roles from 12 to 44 hours per week on a 12-hour shift system days or nights.

Subject to qualifying criteria.
