Secondary School - Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a teaching assistant at our secondary school.

In this role, you will provide support to teachers and students in the classroom, assist with lesson planning and preparation,and help to create a positive and engaging learning environment.


Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
Help students with their work, either individually or in small groups
Supervise students during class and during breaks
Help to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
Support teachers with grading and record-keeping


Qualifications:

A degree in education or a related field is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed
