Role Description:

As a member of our team, you will:

Conduct building and measured surveys.
Ensure adherence to the latest building regulations and technical standards.
Gather onsite particulars, draft specifications, obtain estimates, plan maintenance programs, and administer contracts for maintenance work.
Analyze and report on building defects.
Manage claims and negotiations with loss adjusters, leading to the preparation of drawings and specifications for remedial work.
Prepare schedules of dilapidations for both land and buildings.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

MRICS Chartered status.
Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally with extensive knowledge of properties in London
Effective communication, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex issues in professional surveying

Salary:

Up to 60K + Benefits + Bonus
