We are looking for an experienced Data Manager who has experience of timetabling, working within an education setting.
You will be responsible for school's administrative, timetabling and data management operations, with a strong focus on SIMS and NOVA T.
Your responsibilities will include constructing and adapting the school's timetable (supported by the Deputy Headteacher), maintaining accurate and uptodate records, conducting data analysis, and supporting various datarelated tasks, administering and monitoring the use of all school rooms and capacity and the generation of curriculum data.
You will be conscientious and selfmotivated with excellent organisational and accuracy skills.
Experience of school timetabling.
Experience of managing and utilizing SIMS database or other education management systems.
Experience of managing, analyzing and reporting on base data.
Literacy and numeracy skills to at least GCSE level.
A clear and positive communication manner
Ability to remain calm and professional at all times
Flexibility in attitude towards work and of working hours, committed and reliable with excellent timekeeping
Excellent attention to Detail
Full training will be provided
