- JOB TITLE: Partner Marketing Executive
- SALARY: £32,367
- LOCATION(S): Watford, Hertfordshire
- HOURS: Full time
- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per on clients sites, or 40% of your time, at one of our Watford site.
This is an exciting role seen as key to Tusker's future strategy with partners in the employee benefit space.
- Strong relationship building skills, enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism and customer service are essential to success in this role. Whilst attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills will also be vital.
- The Partner Marketing Executive will support the Customer & Partner Marketing Manager to communicate the Tusker scheme to our Tier 2 and 3 Employee Benefit Providers.
- They will work closely with these partners to identify, create and provide the most suitable marketing collateral for the customer to create awareness about our scheme to their customers and prospective customers.

What you'll need
- Work closely with the Customer & Partner Marketing Manager to build communication relationships with relevant counterparts of Tusker's Tier 2 and Tier 3 Employee Benefit Providers. Arrange and hold regular comms meetings with these partners to promote Tusker's comms plan for the year and to identify marketing gaps with each partner.
- Design and production of customer specific marketing material such as flyers, posters, guides, electronic communications from template for B2C audience.
- Work with partner to identify the most appropriate marketing channels for awareness of the scheme and provide suggestions of awareness initiatives based on standard process.
- Create customized communication plans for each Tier 2 partner to ensure maximum engagement, scheme penetration and take up.
- Support Customer & Partner Marketing Manager with exhibition stand organization and collateral for Partner events. Organize corporate hospitality events for partners alongside Customer & Partner Marketing Manager and Head of Commercial Partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners including Framework providers, Business Development, Account Management, Implementation and Head of Commercial Partnerships.

- Ideally 1 years marketing experience
