£10.75 per hour (£20, 962 p.a.)
Hours of work: 37.5 per week

Head Office, Hesketh Park Lodge, Southport
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment of new staff in
our lodges. You will be based at Head Office in Southport and report to the HR Manager.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of
managing the onboarding process for new staff in line with CQC regulations. You will
have excellent IT skills so you can input data onto HR systems and work on our social
media platforms ensuring all adverts are up to date including producing reports for the
HR Manager. You will have a proactive and flexible approach to work to ensure our
vacancies are filled efficiently.
