Well the first 6 months of your Recruitment journey will set the foundation for a great career path, you will need:
The ability to network and interact with a variety of people either face to face or by phone

Recruitment experience is not essential. At ASA we want people who are passionate about the sector they work in.

You may have a strong background working in the healthcare industry which would be an advantage or you may possess exceptional customer service or sales skills with an interest in supporting our clients / healthcare providers achieve a great standard of living for their residents.
