About Our Client:


I have been briefed on a really exciting role with one of my professional services clients who are based in Leeds.

They are looking for an Emerging Talent Advisor to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The role is paying up to £35,000 and offers flexible and hybrid working.

The successful Emerging Talent Advisor will:

  • Work closely with the Emerging Talent Manager to implement the company's marketing strategy for emerging talent recruitment through different channels including the company website and social media platforms
  • Manage internal and external recruitment events (both virtually and in person)
  • Take an active lead in attracting events such as law fairs, university presentations and insight evenings
  • Maintain and streamline recruitment processes for trainee solicitors, consultancy business emerging talent, and apprentices
  • Manage the on boarding of graduates and apprentices with the support from the emerging talent assistant
  • Be the main point of contact for graduates and apprentices and provide pastoral care alongside the emerging talent manager

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Emerging Talent Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally emerging talent recruitment within a professional services organisation
  • Good knowledge and experience of apprenticeships
  • Keen interest in emerging talent recruitment, diversity and inclusion and social mobility
  • Experience of using recruitment databases
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to use own initiative and implement new ideas
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong IT skills across Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
