Description

The purpose of the Night Porter is to provide a friendly, efficient service and a lasting impression to all guests arriving and departing from the hotel and to assist in the efficient running of the Front of House Department, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service is delivered at all times keeping in line with company procedures.

Duties include -

Security for building & guests.
Helping setting up the function room for all events.
Cleaning all areas according to the night porter shift sheet procedure.
Taking telephone calls.
Creating new reservations.
Follow the hotel's health and safety procedures.
Banking any money taken throughout the shift.
Walkarounds in the car park and hotel areas.

Applicants must be able to work alone and with a team; working night shifts 10:30pm to 7:30am over a 7 day working week, previous experience within the hotel industry is beneficial to potential applicants
