We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Transformation Change Lead to play a pivotal role in the implementation of Workday HCM for a global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful implementation of Workday HCM.
- Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams through the change journey, fostering a culture of collaboration and openness.
- Ensure the Workday programme is aligned to the broader People Strategy and other change initatives
- Define clear objectives, milestones, and success criteria for the change management process.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across various departments to ensure their buyin and support for the HR transformation initiative.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Develop and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation.
- Collaborate with the Training team to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for endusers, managers, and HR staff.
- Produce high quality digital communications for different stakeholder groups.
- Ensure that training materials are tailored to meet the specific needs of different user groups within the organization.
- Monitor adoption effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Experience:
- Worked in a complex federated global organization.
- At least 2 full HR transformations, preferably with Workday underpinning the transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills required.
