Derby

£25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

PermanentMacildowie are excited to be recruiting TWO Business Development Executive's to join a rapidly growing, well recognised business in the Derby area.

If you are motivated, results driven and can achieve KPI's and targets then this may be the role for you.

Working across multiple client sectors, this role is a crucial part of the sales team as you will be looking after new and existing accounts; ensuring all clients receive a first class service by building strong relationships and listening to their requirements.

You will be required to visit clients in person, on a regular basis so a driver's license and your own vehicle is essential

Role & responsibilities:

Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better.

Meeting new and existing clients in person
Setting sales goals and ensuring sales team meets them
Working with senior team members to manage risks
Confidence in public speaking and excellent presentation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good numerical skills
Eye for detail/ ability to deliver accurate results under pressure
Results driven
Experience within a sales team
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Knowledge and Experience of IT services preferable
