We have been making our systems at our Loughborough based facilities for over 20 years and have recently been brought into Ash and Lacy Group of Companies providing long term stability and advanced engineering expertise for future development of our product ranges.

With a factory based in Loughborough, we have a long and respected tradition in the building and fit out industry.

Our systems are installed in many prestigious buildings, including top sporting stadia, exhibition and conference centres, schools, academies, community centres, religious establishments and leading hotel chains.

Common to every installation, no matter how large or small the project is, our commitment to the highest standard of design, build, installation and aftercare.

We are now recruiting for Sales Estimator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive and interpret Subcontract Tender Documentation
Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and keep uptodate with Company Compliance Platforms
Developing new and maintaining existing client relationships by pricing all received enquiries in timely and efficient manner
Liaising closely with production team and offering support where required.
Daily Estimating and costing of projects, to ensure our market leading status
Project Costing
Liaising with our suppliers to attain project relevant materials
Liaising with clients on a daily basis to ascertain project design requirements
Maintaining CRM database

What we are looking for:

Strong MS Excel skills
Strict Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Confident with professional telephone manner
Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
Being able to read architects drawings
Previous experience of sales estimating in manufacturing or construction will be advantageous
Excellent organizational skills
