Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and property expenses.
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills to accurately input and manage tenant information.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with tenants.
- Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork, record keeping, and scheduling.
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants.
Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Property Management: 5 years (required)
