    Description

    Electrical Supervisor

    Oversee the effective delivery of contract activities ensuring compliance with internal procedures health and safety regulations and quality standards.

    Work closely with the client offering electrical support and advice when required.

    Manage MCM job scheduling ensure meters are calibrated and supervise a small team of 6-8 employees along with subcontractors.

    Monitor work progress through regular site visits ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the required standard.

    Compile operational reports uphold Mears' values and procedures and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

    Manage employee performance support development through coaching and training and ensure all company assets including vehicles tools and PPE are properly maintained.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage contract activities ensuring compliance with internal procedures health and safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Provide electrical support and advice to clients.
    • Manage MCM job scheduling and meter calibration.
    • Supervise a small team of 6-8 employees and subcontractors.
    • Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the required standard.
    • Compile operational reports and uphold Mears' values and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • 18th Edition Qualification.
    • NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical.
    • AM2 Certification.
    • Test and Inspection.
    • Extensive Experience in Electrical Work.
    • Full Driving Licence.
