• Group Finance Manager

Full time, permanent position**The role**The Group Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day finance activities of the corporate head-office ensuring effective reporting, budgeting and forecasting for this component of Logicalis International.

The role will partner with each corporate department head ensuring that they have the relevant insights into their financial performance against budget and forecast.

• Analyse and prepare comprehensive financial and non‐financial information effectively.
• Responsible for the production and management of financial reporting activities across the business unit.
• Continuously monitor business unit activity and profitability to provide insights and guidance to the management team.
• Manage the month end process including reviewing journals and invoices, ensure accurate financial record keeping and reconciliation of accounts.
• Manage the relationship with the Group Finance team to ensure expected outputs are delivered as scheduled/requested.
• Ensure that all accounting transactions are undertaken in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Corporate Policies and best practice business principles.
• Along with the Group Finance Team, act as a focal point and coordinate all financial activity related to the business unit.
• Responsible for financial models underpinning financial forecasts and budgets and submission into the overall Group consolidated result.
• Responsible for all finance activities of the Corporate Head-office, including month-end processes, intercompany recharges, payroll, banking and cash management, taxes, external audit and internal audit.
• Responsible for group treasury activities to ensure the operations adequately funded and related borrowing optimised.
• Direct line management for Group Accountant to support the role.
