As such we are hiring for a Project Planner to specialise within the Data Centre and Decarbonisation sectors:


  • On our Projects within the Decarbonisation Sector,
    we assume role of the Main Contractor, meaning we have control of all elements of the build;
  • Civils,
  • Construction,
  • Building Fabric,
  • Solar,
  • M&E, etc.
  • On our Projects within the Data Centre Sector,
    we assume role of Specialist Prefab M&E Contractor, meaning we have control of all elements of our build;
  • Design,
  • Chilled Water Distribution Systems,
  • LTHW Distribution Systems,
  • Plantrooms,
  • Electrical Distribution Modules
  • Delivery,
  • Installation.
  • We are a
    Market leader in the:
  • Design and integration of commercial scale decarbonisation solutions for the public and private sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
  • Design and integration of Offsite Manufactured M&E services into the Data Centre Sector throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.

  • The uptake and integration of decarbonisation increases in line with 2030 and 2050 carbon reduction targets. With projects averaging between £5M and £15M.

Key Responsibilities:

We have detailed below some of the key elements of this role:

  • Develop and maintain accurate project programme documentation.
  • Liaise with the Pre-Construction Department in assessing programme related Tender Documentation.
  • Alongside the Operations Team, develop strategic programmes for each phase of our Projects:
o Procurement,

o Fabrication,

o Delivery,

o Install,

o Commissioning.

  • Liaise with Commercial Department on Subcontract Packages.
  • Work alongside the design, fabrication and sitebased teams to update programmes based on true asbuilt progress.
  • Attend client programme meetings where required.
  • Undertake risk analysis of live programmes to support Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Review implications of programme change/slippage and where necessary create recovery programmes to maintain key dates.
  • Assist in preparation of programme progress reports for review by the Operations Delivery Teams and Senior Management.

Essential Criteria:


  • Third level qualification in a construction related discipline or can demonstrate an equivalent level of construction/site experience.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the M&E sector.

  • Commercially astute.
  • High standard of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priortise tasks.
  • Proficient in Programme Software's such as Microsoft Project preferred or similar.
  • High level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
