Description
We are recruiting for a Telesales Assistant to join our client's team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be responsible for maintaining, developing and growing the customer base whilst always providing the highest standard of customer care throughout the process.


What you can expect:


  • Salary: £22,000 per annum
  • Working hours: 8:30am 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Bonus scheme

What you will be doing:


  • Promptly and efficiently answering all telephone calls both from internal and external customers
  • Processing all sales orders onto Microsoft Dynamics, promptly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Effectively maximising sales opportunities and upselling at every opportunity by educating and informing customers of new products and initiatives
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities by systematically covering designated areas
  • Assisting the implementation of wider company strategies
  • Attending company meetings to ensure all values and behaviours are instilled and practiced daily
