We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our clients team as a Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our brand and promoting our products or services. Your primary focus will be to engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

Brand Representation:
Serve as the face and voice of our brand, embodying its values and mission. Maintain a professional and positive image at all times.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, and unique selling points. Stay up to date with new product launches and industry trends.

Customer Engagement:
Proactively approach and engage with customers to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience. Assist customers in product selection, answer their questions, and offer recommendations based on their needs.

Sales Generation:
Actively promote and sell our products or services to meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to drive conversion and upselling opportunities.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Store Operations:

Assist with daily store operations, including maintaining visual merchandising standards, organizing product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Events and Promotions:
Participate in brand events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute successful events and initiatives.

Market Research:
Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide valuable input for product development, marketing strategies, and sales improvement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Proven experience in a salesdriven role or customer service position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
