Description

You will receive full, structured, paid training. A good can-do attitude is more important than experience.

Previous manufacturing/assembly experience is an advantage.

A shift allowance is paid. The basic working week is 37.5 hrs.

Any additional hours during the week will be paid at basic x1.3 for the first two hours and basic x1.5 after, Saturdays are basic x1.5, and Sundays are basic x2.

There are rotating double days - 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 - or a fixed night shift - 22:00-06:00.

You will attend a full on-site induction and will then progress through the company training program which allows you to progress at your own speed.

The role involves fast-paced work, which can be repetitive but you will need to be able to stay focused to identify any quality issues with components which could result in the end product being scrapped.
