Administration and Accounts Assistant


Area :
Outskirts of Chichester (applicants will need to drive)


Salary :
Circa £25k plus benefits


Hours : 40 hours p.w. flexibility will be considered

Overall responsibilities of the Administration and Accounts Assistant:

  • General administration, general book-keeping, answering the telephone, dealing with
occasional Client visits, production of various documentation, filing etc.

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Cash Book
  • Knowledge of SAGE Accounting (training can be provided if required)
  • Further support as required
  • Have good organisational skills
- show attention to detail

  • Demonstrate a good track record and experience in all aspects of administration and bookkeeping
  • Have a flexible and positive approach to the pressure and challenges of a busy office
environment

  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Excel would be an advantage)
