Administration and Accounts Assistant

Outskirts of Chichester (applicants will need to drive)
Salary :
Circa £25k plus benefits
Hours : 40 hours p.w. flexibility will be considered

Overall responsibilities of the Administration and Accounts Assistant:
- General administration, general book-keeping, answering the telephone, dealing with
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Cash Book
- Knowledge of SAGE Accounting (training can be provided if required)
- Further support as required
- Have good organisational skills
- Demonstrate a good track record and experience in all aspects of administration and bookkeeping
- Have a flexible and positive approach to the pressure and challenges of a busy office
- A knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Excel would be an advantage)
