Are you an experienced Customer Service Team Leader, looking for a new challenge? If so, then this could be the perfect role for you.


We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and positive outlook to join our client's Customer Service Team in Rugby on a permanent basis and take on the role of Team Leader.

This is a great opportunity to work in a highly rewarding and stimulating environment.


The role requires someone with a positive attitude and the ability to motivate and encourage team members to reach their full potential.

You will be responsible for leading and developing the Customer Service team, ensuring that customer service is of the highest standard, along with monitoring of KPIs & dealing with any escalations.


  • Previous experience of leading a team (Min 2 years)
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to influence
  • Proficient experience of working with SAP Microsoft office and Outlook
No qualifications required for this role, further on the job training will be provided.

Working Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:30 Friday 08:00-13:00
