What will I be responsible for?

As a General Assistant you will be in a unique position to gain skills and experience in all areas of the Hotel.

No two days will be the same but tasks may include (but will not be limited to):

• Working in the Restaurant to ensure it is clean and prepared for guests, serving guests on the bar and helping in the restaurant during breakfast/dinner service
• Working in the Kitchen to prepare food and do a small amount of cooking
• Working in the Kitchen to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy
• Working in the Housekeeping department, removing dirty linen from rooms and remaking beds, cleaning and making rooms up to Hotel standards.
• Working on Reception, meeting and greeting guests, checking them in/out and responding to all customer enquiries
• Working in the Spa and Health Club, meeting and greeting guests and ensuring the area is presentable at all times.
