A permanent opportunity as an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and General Counsel of a leading property companyExecutive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing diary management to the CEO (UK based) and the General Counsel
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Inbox and Diary management
- Liaising with an external travel agent to coordinate travel bookings
- Overseeing and Line Managing the Reception and Facilities Coordinator
- Providing general administration support
- Attending meetings and minute taking
- Maintaining and monitoring expenses
Executive Assistant Essentials:
- Minimum 2 years of Personal or Executive Assistant experience supporting Director or C-Suite level
- Experience with managing stakeholders
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Highly organised with a proactive working style
- Tech savvy, being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick up on internal systems quickly
- Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
- Flexible and willing attitude due to working across time zones
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- International Travel booking experience
- Must be comfortable with working minimum 4 days per week in the office
- Previous Office Management experience preferred
- Previous experience line managing an office assistant
