TMM is supporting an organisation working within the insurance industry, located in Aberdeenshire.

The role of Customer Sales Advisor is a full-time, permanent role and the key responsibilities include; supporting agents in maintaining retention targets, supporting growth, along with providing excellent customer service and support with projects assigned by agents or management.

The role of the Customer Sales Advisor is a key position within this organisation and is responsible for maintaining high standards throughout all aspects of the company.

The position will entail that accurate information is distributed and general insurance products are sold and processed thoroughly.

Full extensive training will be provided for this position they are looking for keen individuals with a willingness to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supporting and working collaboratively with both the agency Operations.
Contributing to the piloting and/or introduction of new initiatives.
Producing correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards.
Supporting the agency deliver on its marketing plan. Including supporting agency social media activity, advertising and attendance at shows and events.
Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements.
Filing documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
Adhoc duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Competence in IT skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word.
An enthusiastic individual with great communication skills and the confidence to deal with changing situations.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Forward thinking creative with good communication skills.
Highly organised individual.
