The opportunity has arised for an friendly and experienced full time cleaning operative to Join our cleaning team at Mann Island.

Mann Island is mixed use development on the waterfront comprising of luxury apartments, commercial units and public spaced based next to the Iconic Three Graces.

Hours of Work
40 hours per week Monday - Friday, weekends and bank holiday cover is occasionally required.

8 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid Breaks times to be agreed

Uniform provided


The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring all front of house areas are presented to our high standards

Cleaning of internal areas and external grounds to an excellent standard

General Cleaning Tasks, Mopping, vacuuming, dusting and using buffer equipment

Waste Disposal - including emptying of bins, sweeping weed removal etc.

Use of Equipment and machinery

Assisting residents and members of the public

Any other reasonable management requests

Reporting maintenance or health and safety issues to the team

Previous relevant experienced is preferred

Ability to work well within our team as well as working unsupervised

A degree of health and safety knowledge is desirable

Experience of working within a customer focused environment

A highly motivated individual whom takes pride in their work

Must be honest and reliable

Provide eligibility to work within the UK
