Capital Recruitment Group are working with an industry leading FM business in the Eccles area we are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator

This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 8 am to 4 pm (37.5 hours per week).


Core duties and responsibilities are:

  • Log all new job requests on to the CAFM system (Big Change) full training provided.
  • Assist the scheduling team to book in subcontractors with site, ensuring we are in receipt of the contractors RAM's / SSOW
  • Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and quotes, logging on the relevant trackers.
  • Other general office administration tasks as directed by the Operational Administration Manager
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential

Personal characteristics required:
Excellent communication skills and work ethic, can do attitude, ability to resolve problems, Excellent organisation skills.


Salary:
£12 Per Hour
