CRM & Campaign Marketing Specialist.
Optiseller is one of the country's leading data analytics businesses supporting online retailers across the world to sell more effectively in the e-commerce marketplaces as well as facilitating the onboarding process onto marketplace platforms.

We have a fantastic HQ here in Stirling, and we would very much love to see you here from time to time, so we have opted for a Hybrid Approach to working where you have the best of both worlds with a presence in the office at least once per month but the option to be there as often as you choose.
As a
CRM and & Campaign Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for helping drive customer conversions, loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted communications aimed at potential and existing customers.
Working alongside the Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams this role will be pivotal in demonstrating the value of putting the customer at the heart of the organisation as Optiseller continues its rapid expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities
Working closely within the Marketing team, you will:
- Develop a full customer segmentation analysis and implement tactical customer lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop programmes and campaigns for high scoring leads, developing specific communications for them.
- Monitor churn and develop and test different initiatives and promotions, such as generating educational content, targeting user onboarding, reactivation, retention, and loyalty.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Accurate, numerate and analytical.
- Ability to project manage, organise and prioritise.
Ideally:
- Experience in or some understanding of marketplaces and ecommerce
- Working knowledge of Intercom and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Database analysis and Customer service experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Content creation and copywriting.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
