The Upex Group is seeking a skilled and experienced
Landscape Foreman to oversee our groundskeeping team. As a
Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our grounds and landscaping.

Location:
Wickford

Salary:
£13.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of groundskeepers and ensure they perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.
Create schedules and work plans for groundskeepers.
Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Manage budgets and order necessary supplies and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and identify areas that require attention.
Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds.
Respond to requests from management and other departments in a timely manner.
Ensure that safety procedures are followed by all team members.

Requirements:

Knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.

PA1 and PA

Ability to operate and maintain a variety of grounds maintenance equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
3 years experience in a team leader/supervisor capacity

Full UK driving licence - required.
