*Choose when and how much you work with flexible agency shifts at Ocean Healthcare**PAY RATES: - Mon-Fri (Days) = £23.00 p/hr

  • Sat-Sun (Days and Nights) = £27.00 p/hr
  • Bank Holidays = £35.00 p/hr
Shifts are typically 12 hours or or similar)

Being able to drive and access to transport will usually be required.

Ocean Healthcare have opportunities for great nurses to work as part of our *TOP RATED* nursing agency. You will primarily be working in Nursing Homes in and around Barnstaple. You will often be the person in charge at the facility, particularly when working nights and weekends.

There are also a lot of great people in our local offices working hard for you to ensure everything runs smoothly.

*GREAT SUPPORT *You will have a designated person assigned to you from Ocean Healthcare. It is their job to understand, as clearly as possible, your work requirements. You'll be able to speak to them as and when you need to Mon-Fri to ensure everything is working well for you. *Furthermore, you will receive clinical and pastoral support from our Lead Nurse. *We ensure you are well briefed and supported to carry out your duties on shift.


You need to be an experienced nurse who is confident and able to lead a shift in a care home.

PEG Feeding and Syringe Drivers are a common requirement of agency nurses. If you need to brush up on these skills we are happy to support you with training.
