Carpenter - Social Housing

Area:
Kent

Permanent - £34,000 plus excellent package


Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter / Multi Trade to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Kent area.

This is a permanent position for a Carpenter with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Main duties include; Carpenter

  • General carpentry repairs
  • Fitting and repairing locks
  • Kitchen Installations
  • Internal & external door installations
  • Overhaul repairs to internal & external doors
  • Basic Plumbing, patch plastering and tiling are beneficial.
Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Carpenter role.
