    That's this role.

    The role


    This is a hands‑on role focused primarily on social channels, especially LinkedIn — both company and founder presence.

    You will not be defining the brand.

    You will not be building campaign frameworks.

    You will not be managing agencies.

    You will be taking strong existing thinking — from Brand, Product, Commercial and Leadership — and activating it consistently and credibly across social platforms.

    This is about momentum, not launch moments.

    What You'll Actually Do

    • Own day‑to‑day social presence across LinkedIn (company and senior leadership)
    • Translate internal insight into social‑ready formats
    • Create short‑form written content that feels credible to enterprise audiences
    • Produce and edit video content suitable for social channels
    • Maintain consistent output and rhythm
    • Test formats, tone and cadence to improve engagement
    • Amplify broader brand and campaign content through social

    You Will Be Hands‑on


    Writing.

    Filming.

    Editing.

    Posting.

    Iterating.

    This is not a coordination role. It's an execution role.

    What This Job Feels Like


    You'll sit with the CEO after a client meeting, extract three sharp insights, and turn them into a LinkedIn post before the week is out.

    You'll take a strong Brand asset and adapt it for social so it lands properly.

    You'll turn internal thinking into short videos that feel credible, not theatrical.

    You'll learn what resonates with enterprise buyers — and refine accordingly.

    There's no appetite for performative marketing here.

    It has to feel intelligent and grounded.

    What You'll Bring

    • Experience managing social channels in a B2B environment (enterprise SaaS preferred)
    • Strong instinct for LinkedIn and modern buyer behaviour
    • Ability to create and edit video content yourself
    • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders
    • Comfort operating autonomously

    You Should Already Know How To

    • Write social content that sounds human
    • Spot a strong insight and shape it quickly
    • Keep a steady publishing rhythm
    • Improve performance through testing, not guesswork

    This is not a junior scheduling role.

    But it is not a Head‑of‑strategy role either.

    It sits in the middle: high ownership, high output.

    What This Role Is Not

    • Not a "Head of Marketing"
    • Not a brand strategist
    • Not an agency manager
    • Not someone waiting for perfect briefs
    • Not someone who needs endless sign‑off loops
