Description

Responsibilities:


  • Taking ownership of the groups tax function, acting as a key figure between the finance team and shareholders
  • Oversight of the UK corporate tax compliance inclusive of quarterly tax computations
  • Advising on corporate tax for the UK and EMEA on all financial projects, assisting with VAT advisory
  • Partial oversight of VAT compliance for the group
  • Continuous project work
  • Liaising with external advisors for timely and accurate submissions

Requirements:


  • ACA/CTA qualified or qualified by experience to an equivalent level
  • Thorough knowledge of Corporation Tax and VAT, preferably with in house experience
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team, good leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to present tax to the wider business
