A brilliantly successful boutique Law Firm have asked us to help them source a - 4 PQE Banking and Finance solicitor to work for their Legal team in their London city office.

This firm has an international reach, with offices across the globe in brilliant locations.

Their global success is testament to their brilliant approach to the financial markets, which involves delivering bespoke, first-class solutions to the credit, structuredand asset backed divisions of finance.

Your role l will be to draft and review transactional documentation, mainly relating to HNW commercial real estate loans where our client have been appointed as the agent.

You will report directly to the Director of the company, and will be part of a small but supportive team that oversees the exponential success of the business.
