Installation, Migration, Windows Server Active Directory, Windows (7, 8), networks TCP/IP, DNS, Cloud, VMware, VCP, Office 365, Azure, 3rd line, Helpdesk, Support desk, Cisco**Experience with Routers / Firewalls (Watchguard / Cisco / draytek), Backup software (Backup Exec - Veeam) and Antivrus Software (Sophos - Symantec) would be highly beneficial, along with Office 365.

It is essential you have supported at 3rd line level ina busy IT support environment. You will be the final point of escalation on the servicedesk.


Utilising your experience of either onsite IT projects work or working as a Field Engineer, you'll ideally have experience of multiple installations of MS Server 2007/10/12 or SBS 2008 / 11, and providing onsite 3rd line support thereafter including generalMicrosoft, Active Directory, and Ms365, Azure and troubleshooting etc.
